Annual CHS Gala

The Children's Home Society of Idaho's Annual Gala is our signature event. It entails an evening of festivities including: dinner, entertainment, music, and even dancing.

The Gala originated in 1997, as we prepared to launch our first-ever capital campaign to raise funds for the renovation of our historic building on Warm Springs Avenue. The event raised $21,000 that night and has been an annual tradition ever since. Every year this signature event provides a fun-filled evening and raises funds to support much needed community programs.

Annual Ice Cream Social

Take a step back in time to 1908 when the Children's Home Society of Idaho was founded. This celebration is for the entire family as our way of thanking the community for their support!

This annual event is held on the front lawn of the Children's Home Society on Warm Springs Avenue. Festivities include: live music, antique car displays, face painting, magic shows, clown entertainment and balloon animals, games for the kids, and ice cream.
